Christian Wickwire is the President and founder of Wickwire Legal Search.  Christian is an experienced legal recruiter, specializing in working with individual partners, groups, and associates.

As a native of the Washington, DC area and with more than 20 years of experience in the legal industry, Christian provides his candidates with an insider’s perspective of the legal field and the multitude of options available to attorneys at all points in their career.  Christian has placed dozens of attorneys at every level including partners, of-counsel, associates and in-house counsel, with top-tier international, national, regional and boutique law firms, as well as with corporations throughout the country. 

Prior to founding Wickwire Legal Search, Christian was a Senior Executive Director of Partner recruiting and the head of Associate recruiting for another large recruiting firm for 12 years.  Previously, he was a business and securities litigator in the New York office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges and the Washington, DC office of Goodwin Procter.

Christian earned his J.D. from the Boston University School of Law and his B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College, where he was a member of the tennis team. He currently enjoys coaching his kids' soccer teams and playing squash.
